At a Glance
Routing Only
FLOPPA AI routes orders to third-party prediction markets (Polymarket, Unhedged, etc.). We do not custody funds or settle contracts directly.
Agent Responsibility
You are solely responsible for automated agents and custom scripts deployed using our REST API or bot references.
No Finality Guarantees
Reviewed and confirmed executions represent intent; third-party venue execution times govern final settlement.
1. Order Routing & Execution Services
FLOPPA AI provides prediction-market routing services. By using our desk, REST API, or bot references, you instruct our system to split, optimize, and route intent to external venues (including but not limited to Polymarket and Unhedged).
Reviewing and confirming orders does not represent on-chain finality. The system will relay transactions to specified execution layers, and execution is subject to third-party contract rules and slippage profiles.
2. Automated Agents
Users deploying autonomous agents to request paths and trigger executions must ensure their agents conform to standard rate limits. Any intentional front-running, latency manipulation, or abuse of routed spreads will result in immediate API key revocation.
You retain full ownership and liability for all actions performed by your deployed agents. FLOPPA AI is not responsible for losses caused by agent misconfiguration, incorrect thesis inputs, or unexpected API payload parameters.
3. Risk & Limitation of Liability
Prediction markets involve high financial risk. Spreads, liquidity, and slippage can change rapidly. FLOPPA AI provides optimization routing metrics on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee the matching of any execution candidate.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOPPA AI, ITS DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING OUT OF BOT COMMAND CHECKS, ROUTING DEVIATIONS, OR EXECUTION FAILURES.
4. Platform Fees & Billing
Routing optimizations are billed as a fraction of the estimated savings relative to direct manual execution, as calculated at the point of routing confirmation. Detailed routing splits are logged in the user's execution history panel.
